We upgraded the existing property to 4-star standards, ensuring excellence at every step, from initial concept to finalisation, while maintaining the core brand identity in a new setting.
Through this project, we introduced a novel hospitality concept to Austria, adapting a successful model from Croatia to a new market landscape.
